These custom black 14oz selvedge denim shorts are made from 100% cotton, dyed with indigo warp and carbon black weft. Pre-shrunk for stability, the fabric features a 3/1 right twill weave for durability and a rugged workwear texture.

They undergo a triple wash process: enzyme wash to soften fibers, pumice stone distressing to simulate natural fade, and ozone spray for localized bleaching creating gradient fade shadows at seams. The patchwork shadow technique involves temporarily fixing patches with hot melt glue, then removing after washing to leave high-contrast outlines, with unclosed stitches mimicking repair marks.
